KEYSTONE MAKE SEMI CENTRAL HUMIDIFIER UNIT / CLIMA DUCT HUMIDIFIER UNIT

The Keystone Semi-Central Unit is a unique self contained unit for complete Industrial Air Conditioning & Humidification / Ventilation Purpose. It comprises of Axial Flow Fan, One or more Centrifugal Automizers, Fabricated Air Mixing Chamber with Interconnected Fresh Air & Return Air Dampers to take Fress Air as well as to recirculate departmental air. A set of large Vee Shaped Air Filters & fabricated air distrubution duct with Wliminator type Grill. If required steam heating coils can alos be mounted on Return Air Damper of the mixing chambers.

Our Different Models with Various Fan Capacities are Available For : 12,000 CFM, 15,000,CFM, 25,000 CFM & 35,000 CFM.

1. Model : KC - 4 Type Unit :- Keystone KC4 Type Humidifier Unit Consists of 364" Dia Axial Flow Fan, Vee belt driven by 5 HP Electric Motor. The Air handling capacity is about 12,000 CFM. Unit is mounted with one double disc type automizer run by 1 HP Electric Motor.
2. Model : KC - 5 Type Unit :- Keystone KC5 Type Humidifier Unit Consists of 36" Dia Axial Flow Fan. Vee belt driven by 7.5 HP Electric Motor. The Air handling capacity is about 15,000 CFM. Unit is mounted with one double disc type automizer run by 1 HP Electric Motor.
3. Model : KC - 6 Type Unit :- Keystone KC6 Type Humidifier Unit consists of 41" Dia Axial Flow Fan. Vee belt driven by 10 HP Electric Motor. The Air handling capacity is about 25,000 CFM. Unit is mounted with Two Double Disc Type Automizer Each run by 1 HP Electric Motor in a Seperate Ring immediately after fan ring unit.
4. Motel : KC - 7 Type Unit :-
